How the owner workflow works
- Create or sign in to your owner account. New owners receive a secure email link to choose a password.
- Add a missing business or claim the listing that already exists. Search first so customers do not encounter duplicates.
- Complete verification where required. Existing listings are not reassigned until we have reasonable evidence that you represent the business.
- Manage the listing from your dashboard. New listings are reviewed once; verified owners can then publish updates immediately.
- Choose Free or Pro. Upgrade, change billing frequency or cancel through secure Stripe-hosted billing controls.

Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to list my shop?
No. Adding a shop, claiming an existing listing and keeping essential customer information accurate are free. Pro is optional and does not replace the free listing.
What happens when I upgrade to Pro?
Paid access begins after Stripe confirms payment. Your listing becomes ad-free, the photo limit increases to 15, product and offer tools unlock, and the private performance report appears in your dashboard.
Can I switch or cancel later?
Yes. Use “Manage billing” in your dashboard to switch monthly or yearly billing, update your payment method, view invoices or cancel. A scheduled cancellation keeps Pro active until the paid period ends.
Why are new listings and ownership claims reviewed?
Listing information sends real customers to real businesses. A first review helps prevent duplicate shops, false claims, spam and malicious changes. Verified owners can publish later updates immediately.
Should I add my shop if a listing already exists?
No. Open the existing page and choose “Claim listing.” Add a missing shop only after confirming there is no existing profile for the business.
