Claimed listing

We have checked the claimant’s connection to the business. Claimed status does not guarantee prices, availability or a particular customer experience.

Before relying on a listing

  • Confirm opening hours when travelling a long distance or visiting on a public holiday.
  • Confirm prices, appointment availability and specialised services directly with the shop.
  • Use the business’s own booking destination when one is supplied.
  • Check that the street address and shop name match before your appointment.

Ratings and paid placement

Ratings are shown with their source when available. A business cannot pay to remove a legitimate correction or turn an ordinary listing into an independent recommendation. Any future sponsored position will be labelled where it appears.
